How to Take a Screenshot

Click the BrainTube extension icon
Select "Capture Screenshot"
Select the area you want to capture (or capture the full page)
The screenshot is saved to your Library

AI Visual Description

Unlike regular screenshots, BrainTube uses Gemini 2.5 Flash vision to analyze the image and generate a detailed description of what's shown, any text visible in the screenshot (OCR), key concepts and entities depicted, and contextual tags.

This means you can search for screenshots by describing what's in them — e.g., searching "architecture diagram" will find your saved whiteboard photos.
