When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Third-Party Content: YouTube videos and their transcripts remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of such content through our Service is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features. You can use the free tier indefinitely, subject to these Terms.

Paid Subscriptions: Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• AI-generated summaries or transcriptions will be completely accurate
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected
