How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. We'll send you a reset link via email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I install the Chrome extension?
Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for 'BrainTube', or click the extension link in your dashboard's onboarding wizard.
Is my data safe?

How do AI credits work?
AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features like summaries, chat, quiz generation, and knowledge graph building. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance.
